1.1 Eligibility – Users must be 13 years or older. For minors under 18, enrollment must be managed by a parent or guardian.
1.2 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
1.3 Permitted Use – Our services must be used only for lawful purposes. Misuse, plagiarism, or unauthorized sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Fees – Enrollment in courses, workshops, or memberships requires payment of the applicable fee.
2.2 Non-Refundable Policy – All payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of our services.
2.3 Program Transfer – Students may transfer to another program within 2 weeks of starting, subject to a transfer fee of PKR 3,000.
2.4 Free Services – The first career counseling session is provided free of charge to all new users.
3.1 All course content, materials, designs, videos, and resources provided on Talentrix are the exclusive property of Talentrix.
3.2 Reproduction, resale, or distribution of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
4.1 We strive to provide reliable, accurate, and up-to-date services, but do not guarantee error-free operation at all times.
4.2 Talentrix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Your use of Talentrix services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6.1 Talentrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse services, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate community guidelines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
